Family in France Paper sells downloadable digital stationery, including printable planner inserts, dashboards, trackers, and related products.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a product listing, all products are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Product images are provided for demonstration purposes. Printed colors and appearance may vary depending on your printer, paper, ink, and display settings.

2. Ordering & Digital Delivery

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and selecting the correct planner size, layout, and week-start option before purchasing.

After successful payment, purchased files are made available electronically through Payhip. Products are generally delivered as ZIP files containing printable PDFs and any additional materials specified in the product description.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete checkout information, including a valid email address, and for keeping that information up to date when necessary for order fulfillment.

Please save a copy of your purchased files for future use.

3. Printing & Compatibility

Our printable products are designed for personal printing using the sizes and formats specified in each listing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their printer, paper, and software support the purchased files. We recommend reviewing the included Printing Guide before printing.

Minor differences in printed color, margins, alignment, or appearance may occur due to individual printer settings and equipment.

4. Personal Use License

All digital products, designs, and original content remain the intellectual property of Family in France Paper.

Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print the purchased files for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may print your purchased files as often as needed for your personal use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the original digital files or download links.
• Sell or distribute printed copies of the designs.
• Upload the files to public websites, file-sharing services, or shared digital libraries.
• Modify, reproduce, or use the designs to create products for resale.
• Claim the designs as your own or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the design.

5. Prices & Payments

Product prices are displayed on the individual product pages. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Payhip and its supported payment providers.

Family in France Paper reserves the right to update product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time. Such changes will not alter completed purchases.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are digital downloads, purchases are generally final once digital access has been provided.
